Secven members of PDGW gathered at Congressman Jim McGovern's office on Wednesday January 27, 2010 with Gladys Rodriguez-Parker to discuss what we could do to gain support for H.R. 2404, H.R. 3699 and several other pieces of proposed legislation relative to our commitments now and in the future, by the remaining Massachusetts delegates.
Gladys agreed to assist us in this effort by identifying the delegates and from there we will ensue a campaign to inform these communities of the government support they are missing out on as a result of the misuse of public funds to subsidize Big Business future interests.
Jenna Knight is performing research to identify which US corporations are beneficients of US governnment business in these theatres as well. Then we will find out what these businesses are doing in our communities with the intention of holding them accountable to 'give back' from the hand that feeds and fuels them. It's called accountability and reciprocity.
